Before Bob Maclaren, stand-up comedian wrapped up the seaside matchmaking, the official closing ceremony took place of AlertOnline a Dutch annual cybersecurity awareness campaign. During a two-week period various parties joined forces to increase the awareness on cybersecurity and to promote cyber secure behaviour amongst citizens, consumers, governments, industry (including SME’s), institutions and NGO’s. A range of activities had to be deployed to show that cyber security is a shared responsibility and concerns us all. This year’s theme was  Cybersecurity Skills. Chris van ‘t Hof interviewed Maarten Brouwer (Director IT, WUR) and Marjolijn Bonthuis, Director AlertOnline (ECP) about results of this year's campaign.
