The dcypher platform no longer exists as of 1 October 2020. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, the various departments have decided to set up a new platform, as a follow-up to dcypher. This website will no longer be maintained, but will remain accessible for the time being.
