Information for presenters
If you haven't received the dcypher Symposium PowerPoint format, please download the format we are using for the dcypher Symposium: PowerPoint format presentations. We appreciate to see your presentation in this format. If you like to present your presentation on our website shortly after the Symposium and you haven't delivered it to your session-coordinator yet, we appreciate to receive your presentation at Another possiblity is to deliver it directly after your presentation to your session-coordinator.

Note: in every room a presentation laptop is available with a VGA and HDMI connection to the beamer, so if you use your own laptop please take notion of this (e.g. if you use a MacBook bring your own fitting connection to the beamer)

Information for Exhibitors
On the demo expo tables we show information inserted in a A4 standard. We facilitate a standing table, two chairs and a power supply per exhibitor, please bring your own laptop and extension cord (if needed). If you like to bring a banner to put next to the stand "it must fit under your arm". The demo expo is located on the third floor. We ask you to only bring material that you can carry up via stairs or escalator. The demo expo is open between 10.45h and 15.45h but will be mostly visited in the morning and afternoon network breaks (of 1/2 hour) and during lunch (1 hour). The demo expo officially opens at 11h, but we advise you to come at least one hour earlier to install.

It would be highly appreciated if you can arrive at the beginning of the Symposium. In case that this is not possible it is advised to be at least an hour before the time you are requested to contribute to the Symposium to avoid possible delay in case of traffic difficulties.
